babyMy is designed to work without creating an account. Most app data, including sleep tracking entries, favorites, recent items, settings, and voice recordings used by the baby-style sound feature, stays on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

babyMy does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera access, or precise location. We do not operate our own server for storing your personal app data.

Voice Recordings and Microphone Access

babyMy asks for microphone access so you can press and hold to record a short voice input and use the app's baby-style sound feature. These voice recordings are used for app functionality only.

You can disable microphone access at any time in iOS Settings. Some voice-related features may not work if microphone access is disabled.

Sleep Tracking Data

If you use Sleep Tracker, babyMy stores your sleep sessions, start and end times, sleep type, notes, and related sleep summary preferences locally on your device. This data is used to show your sleep history, charts, summaries, and editing screens. babyMy does not upload this sleep tracking data to our own servers.

Favorites, Recent Items, and Settings

babyMy may store favorites, recent lullabies, recent deep sleep sounds, recent emotion sounds, app settings, Pro access status, and similar preferences locally on your device. This helps the app remember your choices and provide core functionality.

Purchases and Subscriptions

babyMy uses Apple's StoreKit system for in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. The app may store a local entitlement status so it can unlock Pro features after purchase or restore.

Advertising and Consent

babyMy uses Google AdMob to show ads to non-Pro users and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage consent where required. Google and its advertising partners may process device-related information, advertising identifiers when available, ad interactions, diagnostic information, IP-derived approximate location, and consent choices to provide, limit, measure, and improve advertising.

Voice recordings are not used for third-party advertising. Sleep tracking entries, favorites, recent items, and local app settings are not shared by babyMy with Google for third-party advertising.

Audio Playback

babyMy includes lullabies, deep sleep sounds, and other audio playback features. Audio playback itself does not require us to collect personal information. The app may continue audio playback in the background when you choose to play sounds.

Children's Privacy

babyMy is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers. The app is not intended for children to use independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored locally by babyMy remains on your device unless you delete it within the app where available, overwrite it through normal app use, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app generally removes locally stored app data from the device. Apple purchase records are managed by Apple and may remain associated with your Apple ID according to Apple's policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal, platform, or technical requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
